Hello, everyone—and Happy New Year!
My take on the #dungeon23 challenge will be named #sprawl23, since I'm creating a cyberpunk megacity instead of a dungeon. Each day I'm writing a room or area of a given building, but taking it very easy, with no strict rules about how many rooms make up a building.
As part of the low pressure ritual, I'm using paper scraps or stickers that I found and are randomly cut out and stored in this small box, to determine the room's shape and general purpose. Writings and drawings on the scrap also may serve as prompts to inspire me about the rooms contents, which excites me to keep going as I feel I'm putting together a puzzle of sorts.
I also took some time to clean up the entry on Photoshop and ended up with a heavily edited version that I personally quite like. However, I’m only going to edit the upcoming buildings like that when I reach a certain amount of them.
I'm taking my notes on paper as well, but cleaning them up on Notion for easier referencing later. The rooms are being keyed using the MMDD system proposed by Sean McCoy to better keep track of the design progress.

All in all I’m having much fun doing sprawl23 and seeing what other are coming up with on their own takes on the challenge. This is a great exercise with lots of room for you to shape it as your current creative needs: are you going for a stream of consciousness thing, with loose notes, or a polished finished supplement for an specific game? Either way you are getting something really nice from it!
